Returns, Exchange, Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

 

As we are just a small business we can not have the same flexible return policy as big retails do, however, we want you to be completely satisfied with the product purchased from Eni Macrame Bijou, taking in consideration our below policies please comply with our policy regarding returns exchanges and refunds. Any issue may arise please contact us to discuss possible solutions.

Please keep in consideration that each of our creations is a unique piece of jewelry, working on it we spent many hours and days, therefore we do not have a similar product to exchange it with. Furthermore, jewelry cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons.

1. Order Cancellation or Modification

The cancellation policy will vary depending on "days to ship" of the products. We usually dispatch products within 1 working day. Once the order is dispatched we can not cancel the order nor modify it. If you inform us before dispatch time, we will gladly cancel the order without any extra fee and will refund you the complete amount paid.

If you wish to cancel the product after it has been dispatched, our return policy will be applied. Please read below.

For custom made orders, a deposit is required before we start working on the order. If for any reason you will cancel the order during the processing time, the deposit is not refundable. The deposit's purpose is to cover the material cost needed for your order. If we haven't started working on the order yet, we will gladly cancel your order and refund you the deposit paid.

2. Packages Refused at Delivery

Packages refused at delivery are considered forced return in Europe. According to the E.U., we have the right to keep an amount from your order that will be used to cover the delivery fee, cancellation, and restocking fee. For packages that are returned to us, we offer a 40% refund from the total amount paid at check out.

3. Damaged Product

 

If a product arrives with clear damages that happened during the delivery, contact us within 48 HOURS from the time of delivery. We will ask you to return the product, upon return it can be repaired or refunded.

Pieces must be unworn and arrive back to the shipping address in the original condition and with all original packaging. 

Return shipping charges will not be reimbursed. 

The refund will be issued only AFTER the product arrived back.

For your protection, we recommend sending your returns via a traceable carrier and in a box or well-padded envelope.

We can not be held responsible for merchandise lost or damaged while in transit to us.

 

4. Product Warranty

 

We offer 6 months warranty for all our handmade jewelry creations. The warranty applies only when the jewelry has damaged during normal wear and use. Warranty does not apply is the jewelry was broken by the applied force, was immersed in water or other liquids, etc. The warranty can be redeemed only when the products get damaged from general normal use, not from visible on purpose damage or damaged by a third party element. As a jewelry creator, it is easy to recognize the kind of damage.

If during this time the jewelry gets damaged you may send It back only for repair and not for a refund. We will ask you to send us the product. Return shipping charges will not be reimbursed

Please note: The warranty applies only for jewelry bought from our website and does not apply for jewelry supplies.

 

5. Don’t like the product?

 

If for any reason you don’t like the piece purchased, you may return it within 7(seven) days, from the delivery date for a refund. Shipping costs are deducted from the product price. You will be refunded the product price - minus the delivery fee.

We are unable to refund shipping charges on returned items.

Please note: products purchased as a gift can be returned only by the original purchaser for a refund. If you have received one of our products as a gift you may exchange it for another product, if you cover the delivery charges.

Items must be returned unworn and in original condition.

Sale items are non-returnable.
