1. Handling Time
We do our best to dispatch your purchase as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing, and handling time for your order to be shipped out! Order processing starts once the payment was received and cleared.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed and fulfilled Monday-Friday as they come in. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed the following business day. If your order is placed on or during a major holiday, your order will be processed the following business day.
Orders containing items in-stock placed prior to 12 PM CET Monday-Friday will go out the same day. After 12 PM CET orders will go out the following business day. Custom made orders: Custom made orders take 10-14 business days for production, processing, and handling. For custom made orders, customers will be informed of the exact time before placing the order. Custom orders will be dispatched only after being approved by the customer.
Before you place the order you have the option to check-out as guest or register for a free account. If you choose to check-out as a guest please specify a valid email address so you can receive updates regarding your order. If you will register an account with us, you will be able to follow your order status from your own account area.

We are located in Larnaca, therefore we offer free local pick-up. Place your order and make sure you mention that you wish to pick it up from Larnaca.Or simply contact us to discuss and arrange pick up.
Within Cyprus, we offer FREE delivery with local courier services.FREE DELIVERY for every order that is paid ONLINE
There is a possibility to pay for the product when you pick it up from the courier office, in this case, it is free delivery for orders above 20€, and 3.50€ delivery cost for orders under 20€ dispatched with Travel Express
4. International Delivery
We offer FREE OF CHARGE/FREE WORLDWIDE DELIVERY for ALL the products on our website.We currently ship WORLDWIDE FREE OF CHARGE.
To provide our customers with the most affordable shipping service we use the Cyprus post registered (first-class) priority service with a tracking number.f you wish to send one order to multiple addresses of two or more, a €3.00 charge per each additional address will be requested.
Other shipping methods offered include any major courier services, including Quick Post, EMS, DHL, UPS
If you wish to upgrade the shipping method please contact us before placing an order, as we need to weight the package to be able to calculate the cost and the delivery time
Customers will receive a notification via e-mail once the order has shipped, which contains the order tracking number.
International Delivery Times(according to the Cyprus Post)
Delivery from Cyprus to European Union 5 - 15 working days
Delivery from Cyprus to Rest of Europe 7 - 20 working days
Delivery from Cyprus to USA 7- 45 working days (custom hold up time -if any- not included)
Delivery from Cyprus to the rest of the world 12- 60 working day (custom hold up time - if any - not included)
We post parcels only tracked, each of them with its own tracking number. We do our best to dispatch the parcels earlier than the time specified above, however, we kindly request our customers to bear in mind the above transit times before ordering, as once dispatched we got no control over the parcel.
Please consider that during the holidays the above-mentioned delivery times might become double.
5. Custom & Import Charges
For countries located within the EUROPEAN UNION, no custom/import charges apply, for any other country, located outside of the European Union custom charges may apply depending by the law applied. You can usually find out about custom limits & charges by searching on google the website of your residency country's customs office.
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
The customer is responsible for ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination.
We, Eni Macrame Bijou does not have any responsibility for these additional charges that may apply.
Please note that certain countries may require certain documentation before the items are sent. If the necessary information is not provided, this may result in delays in the order. We always try to state the lowest value possible on your parcel to avoid paying customs charges unnecessarily. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. According to the consumer rights law in the E.U. if a parcel is returned because the buyer refused to pay the import/custom charge (if any) the seller is not be obliged to refund the amount paid.
6. Shipping Policy Fine Print
CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES TO ORDERS
Once an order is placed, it is put in production and we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations for that order, although we will do our best! Please review your order before it is placed to ensure accuracy. You will be notified via e-mail if we are not able to accommodate your requests.
UNDELIVERABLE / REFUSED PACKAGES
Packages returned with delivery failure (multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, refusal, canceled after shipment, etc.) due to customer error will be refunded only 50% of the paid amount. Restocking & Reshipping fee will be applied to the final refund amount or charged upon re-shipment of the order once the original package is received back.
LOST OR NOT RECEIVED PACKAGES
If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we can to assist you, although we cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. All orders placed have a tracking number that helps us to track the package whereabouts.
Since we cannot be responsible for delivered packages that have been lost or stolen, we highly recommend selecting a delivery address that you trust and select a shipping method accordingly. If a parcel is lost or stolen, the buyer will have to file a case at their local police department for the lost/stolen parcel, and send us the report details & scan, so we can report the case to the post office and try to get a refund on that package, so we can also offer a refund to the buyer.
7. Holiday Policy
All orders for In-Stock items must be placed on or prior to December 1st for Christmas Delivery with standard Free shipping; This date also applies to Custom Orders in which courier shipping will need to be purchased for the chance to get it by Christmas. Please note shipping times vary according to your position on the globe, please consult the table above for approximate delivery times. We will do our very best to process all orders received as soon as possible in order to be received before the holidays!
