1. Custom Work

All custom made jewelry have a non-refundable policy and they require a 50% deposit before the work begins.

During the process, several images will be sent, awaiting approval from the client. Once the product is

ready and approved, will be required the full payment. The product will be dispatched once the payment is completed.

2. Return Refund Policy

Our policies make us a business. We strive to offer the best of before and after-sale customer service, by always following our policies, and focusing on customer satisfaction. Please consult our policies in detail before your purchase.

3. Policy regarding handmade products

Please consider that Handmade items can vary in texture, shape, color, and finish, and may have some imperfections that dip them from the factory-made products. Everything on our page is handmade to the smallest details.

Excluding the jewelry supplies, most of the time are factory-made. Be sure to read the description and analyze the pictures in details before you decide to buy the product. Any questions you may have, please feel free to contact us.

Keep in mind that all the creations on this website are photographed in a simple and personal way, so you can see their wonderful details. 

 

Some items may appear to be large in size, so carefully check the measurements to avoid any confusion. Measurements are provided both in inch and centimeters.

 

Even if we work hard to photograph them as close to the actual color, as possible keep in mind that lightning, objects, and background can cause a difference in color. The color may vary from monitor to monitor.
